Key Responsibilities:

• • Craft a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring each drink meets Paradiso’s high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and share knowledge about our drink offerings to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are readily available during service hours.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative drink recipes that align with Paradiso’s brand and guest preferences.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies, keeping track of bar equipment and ensuring everything is in excellent working condition.
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive end to the guest experience.

Requirements:

• • Proven experience as a Bartender, with a passion for mixology and a deep understanding of cocktail crafting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and create a friendly, inviting bar atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of current mixology trends and a willingness to continuously learn and innovate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a professional work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in bartending, mixology, or relevant field is a plus.
