Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of pizzas and other Italian dishes according to our standard recipes, while also bringing creativity and innovation to our menu offerings.
- Manage the pizza preparation process, from dough stretching to topping selection and oven management, ensuring each pizza is cooked to perfection.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet Arija’s expectations before being served to our guests.
- Oversee the inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring the freshness and quality of all products used in pizza preparation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests when appropriate, providing a warm and informative interaction that enhances their dining experience.
- Continuously explore new recipes and techniques to keep our menu exciting and appealing to a wide range of tastes.
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef with a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary pizza-making techniques.
- Proficiency in handling pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
- A passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
